Venomous Creatures Class 6/9/23 & 8/11/23
Class Overview:
In our Venomous Creatures class we are going to take an in depth look at the differences between front-fanged, rear-fanged and other venomous species of reptiles. Students will learn about the anatomy of these animals and how their venom is injected into prey along with how the venom affects their prey once bitten. Students will also learn about the unique characteristics of these animals, such as a pointed nose and what its purpose is. Life cycles and natural habitats will also be discussed. Students will also learn about the differences between our local species of and tropical species.
Class Ambassadors:
In this class we will be meeting Barons Racers and a Mexican Beaded Lizard. *Disclaimer- these animals are venomous and may not be available for touching or handling. *
Class Project:
For this class project we will be doing a scavenger hunt and egg hatching project.

Class Time:
Class will be from 2pm - 3pm.
There are a total of 5 classes available, if you would like to enroll your child in all 5 classes please select a full course option. This option is to enroll in an individual class. If you would like to enroll in more than one class, but not the full course add to cart the classes you would like to participate in and check out.
